These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phwen platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using phwen, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of phwen, including registered players and visitors who access phwen.one without registering. Access to or use of any part of the phwen platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 phwen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to phwen.one/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Continued use of phwen following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.3 These Terms are supplemented by phwen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the supplemental policies, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
2.1 To register for and use a real-money phwen account, you must:
2.2 phwen may at any time request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and voiding of any pending withdrawals.
2.3 If phwen discovers that a player was under the age of 21 at any time during which they held an active phwen account, phwen reserves the right to void all winnings, confiscate the balance, and permanently close the account. phwen will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry arising from such a discovery.
3.1 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phwen account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 When registering a phwen account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwen login credentials. phwen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify phwen immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 phwen accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your phwen account or any balance therein to any third party.
4.1 phwen is required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires submission of:
4.2 phwen may request additional documentation at any time and for any reason connected to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or player protection. Players who fail to complete KYC verification to phwen's satisfaction within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal requests suspended until verification is completed.
4.3 All KYC documentation submitted to phwen is handled in accordance with the phwen Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law.
5.1 phwen accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and selected over-the-counter payment partners. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at phwen's discretion.
5.2 All deposits are processed and credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phwen does not currently charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose transaction charges that phwen is not responsible for.
5.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits funded from an account not belonging to the registered player — are prohibited. phwen reserves the right to reverse third-party deposits and suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
5.4 phwen is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by third-party payment service providers, network outages, or circumstances beyond phwen's reasonable control. If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your phwen wallet, please contact phwen support with your transaction reference number.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed phwen's KYC verification process. phwen processes standard GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 15–30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit, or to a phwen-verified account registered in the player's name. Withdrawal to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phwen does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Players are advised to check their payment provider's terms as the provider may impose receipt fees.
6.4 phwen reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or resolution of a bonus wagering requirement dispute.
7.1 phwen may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
7.3 Abuse of phwen's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, collusion with other players to manipulate bonus completion, or use of automated betting systems — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phwen reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings in such cases and to permanently close the account.
7.4 phwen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and are actively completing wagering requirements at the time of a modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in.
8.1 All casino games available on the phwen platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) as implemented by the original game developer. RNGs are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing agencies. phwen does not modify, adjust, or override the RNGs or payout rates of any game in its library.
8.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage displayed for each game on the phwen platform reflects the certified theoretical return as published by the game developer. Actual returns over any individual session may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to the inherent volatility and randomness of game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game developer's malfunction protocol. phwen is not responsible for losses arising from player-side technical issues (including poor internet connectivity). If a technical malfunction on phwen's infrastructure is determined to have affected a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded.
8.4 phwen's sports betting markets are compiled using data from certified data providers. phwen reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published with a manifest error in the odds. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwen platform:
9.2 phwen reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct, and to void any associated winnings or bonus balances. phwen may refer evidence of criminal activity, including fraud and money laundering, to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
10.1 phwen is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered phwen players from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings:
10.2 Deposit limit reductions and self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to prevent impulsive decisions.

Once a self-exclusion is active, phwen will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account or depositing additional funds during the exclusion period. 11.1 phwen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Players may close their phwen account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure requested by the player, any real-money balance in the account (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.1 All content on the phwen platform — including but not limited to the phwen brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of phwen or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phwen for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phwen content without prior written authorisation from phwen.
13.1 phwen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating a phwen account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 phwen may be required to disclose player data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities pursuant to legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable law.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phwen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the phwen platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
14.2 phwen's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 phwen makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The phwen platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phwen's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phwen's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Any dispute between a player and phwen shall first be submitted to phwen's customer support team for informal resolution. phwen will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.1 phwen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory instruction.
